WHAT IS THE LINK BETWEEN THE SHEA TREE AND BIODIVERSITY?
Shea trees grow in the wild in eastern and western Africa. They tolerate the hot, dry conditions of the region, and need little water to survive, so they're perfectly adapted to their environment.
In fact, they even play a key role in its preservation: from bees to birds and local communities, a whole ecosystem depends on them.
How woman are guardians of shea trees?
Guardians of the Shea Trees? That's not an exaggeration. For the Women's Co-operatives in Ghana & Burkina Faso, when it comes to the Shea trees, their every act is an act of care.
They collect only the ripest shea fruit & only from the ground, as to not harm the tree. To make certain of this, they'll even walk much further afield if needed.

The new scent is floral and powdery. Although we have updated the perfume base to the creamy and fresh scent of jasmine & ylang ylang, it remains with a Shea DNA, soft & light!

To ensure our Shea face and body creams can be used by the whole family- including anyone with sensitive skin - we've improved some of our formulas so they contain at least 95% natural-origin ingredients. They're also formulated without alcohol and respect the skin's natural pH.
