DELIVERY RATES AND OPTIONS:
Standard Delivery: All standard deliveries are sent through MaltaPost. Our standard delivery charge is €4.99 anywhere in Malta and Gozo, or FREE for orders of €50 or more, except during promotional periods.
- No matter how many items you order, our standard delivery rate for Malta and Gozo is €4.99.
- We are able to process your order within 3 working days (subject to stock availability), and deliver within 3-5 working days.
Click & Collect - FREE
Our Click and Collect service gives you another great way to shop your favourite products at L’Occitane. Simply order online and then choose a boutique to pick up at a time that suits you.
The service is free and we will send an email to let you know that your package has arrived and is ready for collection. Go into the boutique and speak to any of our store team who will happy to help with your order.
Delivery to store can vary from 1 hour to 2 working days subject to stock availability. Orders must be placed before 1pm.
We will hold your order in-store for a maximum of 7 days from the date the items arrive in your chosen store (Please check store opening times).
If your order still has not been collected once that period expires, your purchase will be cancelled, and you’ll be automatically refunded via the same method used by you to purchase the products, unless you expressly agree another form of payment with us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
Items purchased on a gift card can only be refunded to a gift card. Gift cards are non refundable.
