Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused, in its original packaging, and in a sealable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products. 

Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchanges or refunds

To return any items, you should either go to your nearest L'Occitane boutique, email us at loccitane@classicgroup.com.mt, or call us on  +356 22035406. If your return is accepted we will advise you accordingly, and (unless you are returning the items to one of our boutiques) we will arrange for the goods to be collected in person by one of our representatives. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via the same method used by you to purchase the products, unless you expressly agree another form of payment with us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Items purchased on a gift card can only be refunded to a gift card. Gift cards are non refundable.
